3.1. List-Sharing and Shopping Lists: Shopden allows you to create and share shopping lists for various categories, including groceries, hygiene products, office supplies, pet supplies, and electronics.

3.2. Expense Tracking: Shopden provides robust expense tracking features, including budget-setting for each list, enabling you to monitor your expenses and compare your spending over time accurately.

3.3. API Usage: We integrate with Plaid API and utilize OCR/data receipt capture for expense tracking purposes. This data is securely processed to provide you with comprehensive expense insights and management tools.

3.4. License for User-Generated Content: While you retain ownership of your content, including lists and shared items, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing our services, including list-sharing, store information, and expense tracking.

4) Privacy

4.1. Privacy Settings: Shopden respects your privacy. You have full control over your privacy settings, including the option to share your location with the app for location-based notifications. None of your data is used for profit, and your private information remains within the app, unless required by law or disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

5) Content and Conduct

5.1. Impersonation: You are not permitted to impersonate others while using the Shopden app.

5.2. Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from adding illegal substances or any other illegal content to your lists.
